When do we crash ?
When do we crash ?

Arrogance hurts us the most. But so does the excessive humility. Sometimes, we feel proud of our work. That we have written good — talked good — or worked good. And it blankets our humility. Slowly our goodness starts hiding under the mount of our own achievements we find in front. And it prepares us for a sudden hard crash.
Yesterday, I felt I have done a lot of writings. And it started piling up. And started convincing me — watch YouTube, go Sleep, have fun. "You did great". But when I reflect back now, it feels terrible. The arrogant attitude not only made me fall in the past — but also burnt some crucial relations. I can't afford arrogance anymore.
Humility on the other hand is a nice trait to carry on our backs. But, when we carry it too long — it buries us under cowardice. It hurts our determination. It snatches from us our will to take action. Under these low times, we got to feel ok with 1 % progress we have made over yesterday. If we are growing a tiny fraction everyday, the excess in humility, eats away our confidence. Dumps us down. And makes us feel terrible.
We need to find the middle point. A place where we do not let humility overrun our achievements. And a place where our arrogance doesn't turn us against ourselves.
