Make big tasks easy
Make big tasks easy
Everyday, it feels the following day's tasks are harder. It overruns our physical capacity. Slowly what felt like bad emotions, turn into bad decisions and we end up harming our entire day.

First of all; there is no task a "difficult" task. All difficult tasks are things we have unknowingly put into spans of small time durations. For example, you were to finish the newsletter — it is hard if you plan to do it in 2 hours. But if you break it down into pieces, 1) write bullets of the letter 2) sift / sort the blue print 3) polish the intro and the ending 4) put in all external links. Before you start working on it - you will find half way near the end. Unknowingly you have done two things — create a road map to solve the problem and gave the task its due share of time.
Similarly, if you plan on fixing your car, complete an assignment, record few videos; try to break the tasks into eatable chunks. Slowly start eating them. And give yourself a baseline rule:— I am ok with bad quality product as long as I am showing up. And you will find yourself hitting these goals a lot faster than you thought. Again get stuck in the middle ? Break it further down. Again stuck - break down. Until you can easily eat the task.
