Find your Why
Find your Why
What are your Power questions. What do you ask everyday in the morning that excites you. What is it that you feel great about. What do you know about yourself, that you are grateful about. How do you handle your anxiety — depression — broken sleep. Do you want to live the day ahead or waste it. Is there a mission statement. Are there colors that you want to grab and feel fulfilled about. Is there something that gives you joy. Anything that breaks your patterns and brings you to living.

Writing article is my Why. Some days when it feels, I should not write. And I should not share. I feel broken inside. It hurts my guts. It shatters me inside. This moment, when I am writing, and talking to you, is more important than nearly all things I have around. The moment I share, and find a feedback, it brings me joy. It helps me live better. It asks me to stay on the path, hold on to the rope, walk the talk, and evade the chaos. It helps me avoid cigarettes, skip procrastination, upgrade this website, shape my habit and improve my writings. This is a why, I feel connected to. It keeps the smile atop all storms inside.
Find the why. It is that important. One thing that gives meaning to you. It can be a morning walk everyday, or singing a song to your spouse. It can be caressing your kitten or feeding your dog. It can be holding your parents hands, or dropping your children to school. It can be feeding a poor, or counselling your colleague. Things are there around us, that go unnoticed. While we live them, we feel ignorant of their presence. We focus entirely on the negatives and hurt our days. We are built beautiful, but when we amplify the small itch, we feel broken. Great things are happening at all times. Even when you are a criminal to your guts. You still are living the moments of your Why — that gives you joy and makes you whole. Do not forget, life is beautiful, it is here, live it consciously, and feed your Why.
